At Agentis Healthcare, we design services to support the end-to-end management of long-term conditions. This covers the entire patient pathway, from identifying people at risk of ill health, through to diagnosing, managing and treating conditions.
As well as focusing on ways to improve health outcomes, accessibility and patient experience, our clinically led digital solutions reduce the administrative burden faced by healthcare providers and free up time for direct patient care.
Our leading-edge approach combines clinical expertise with digital technology, enabling healthcare providers to achieve the best possible health outcomes for patients and optimise operational efficiency.
Our innovative solutions are proven to help both NHS and private healthcare providers realise cost efficiencies and achieve better value for money. In addition to supporting practices, Primary Care Networks and other providers at a neighbourhood level, our services are fully scalable across wider healthcare systems.
Our core Agentis Healthcare services cover four key areas:
A strong track record in digital healthcare
While the Agentis Healthcare brand is new in name, we’ve been providing bespoke healthcare services to patients in community, hospitals, mental health clinics, prisons and other settings for more than 40 years through Ashtons.
Over more recent years, we’ve pushed boundaries by developing and applying digital solutions which make operational clinical functions – such as managing patient prescription requests or patient letters – more efficient and effective. Our commitment to pioneering and embracing new technology in a way that enhances clinical expertise means that we have become a recognised leader in the field of digital health management.
Ashtons primary care services are now part of Agentis Healthcare, enabling us to focus on developing our service offer for GPs and other clinicians working within community settings.

Supporting GP practices to improve health outcomes, patient experience and practice capacity across the COPD pathway.
